We're looking for a Support Analyst – Technical Integrations & Configuration to join our growing Australia and New Zealand operation. This is an exciting opportunity to work with modern cloud-based solutions while supporting customers who provide vital services to their communities.
What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in supporting the technical services, integrations and platform capabilities that underpin our social care solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the configuration, testing and deployment of integrations and technical components
- Assisting with API configuration, interfaces and data migration activities
- Investigating and resolving incidents relating to integrations and platform services
- Monitoring integration performance and operational health
- Troubleshooting technical issues across customer environments
- Supporting upgrades, releases and technical change activities
- Producing technical documentation, support procedures and knowledge articles
- Working closely with Product, Engineering and Professional Services teams
- Supporting customer onboarding and transition into live support
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and service optimisation
What we're looking for
You'll bring a combination of technical capability, curiosity and customer focus.
We're interested in candidates who have:
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, integrations or technical platforms
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, system interfaces or integrations
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience working within cloud-hosted or SaaS environments
- Exposure to testing, deployment and release activities
- The ability to analyse technical issues and identify root causes
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Experience within Social Care, Health Care, Government or Human Services environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
